Service Description
Make your birthday party, engagement party, bachelorette party, or bridal shower unique and unforgettable by treating your loved ones to permanent jewelry that has been specially curated just for you. Attendees will choose their chain from our varied selection of over FIFTY chains which will then be custom cut to fit to their wrist and welded together for permanence. Adornment stations are pre-paid prior to the event. Our jewelry artist will reach out within 48 hours of booking to discuss chain and charm options with the host. Adornment Station pricing is determined by chain selection and the number of guests expected to be adorned. Charms can be included in the price or as an add-on option paid by wedding guests. Specialty chains can be ordered by request but may require an additional deposit. At the time of the event, guests will choose a chain and charm (optional). Our expert welder will cut and weld jewelry onto each guest until the pre-determined number of chains is met. Additional chains can be added at their tiered price at the discretion of the host. This booking is the deposit only which will be applied to the final purchase price.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds: - Cancellations require at least a 24-hour notice. Cancellations that give at least a 24-hour notice are allowed one reschedule. We will happily work with you to find a suitable date! - Cancellations within 24-hours are not eligible for free rescheduling and will incur a $10 fee per reschedule. - Clients who arrive at their appointment more than 15 minutes late and without prior communication are subject to cancellation at our discretion. Deposits are non-refundable. - All waivers must be signed prior to your appointment. Refusal to sign a waiver will result in your appointment being canceled. - Chain and charm sales are final. We do not accept returns or give refunds on jewelry for any reason. Deposits: - A deposit is required for all reservations. - All deposits are non-refundable. - Deposits will be applied to the final purchase price provided that the minimum chain purchase for that reservation or event has been met. - In the event that the minimum is not met, the deposit will be retained by Eternal Adornment and the client will be responsible for the full purchase price of jewelry. Chain Replacement: - If your chain falls off within the first 7 days of purchase, we will replace it with an identical chain* at no cost to you one time. - We offer a 50% discount within 90 days to replace a chain that has fallen off with an identical chain*. *Subject to chain availability. If unavailable, a similar chain will be substituted. Re-Welds: - We offer free re-welds for all chains purchased from Eternal Adornment at any event where we are present. Simply swing by our booth and we will happily re-weld your permanent jewelry chain back onto you. Events are listed on our Upcoming Events calendar. You can also book an Individual Adornment Session and bring your disconnected chains to the session to be re-welded in place. Purchase minimums to book: Individual Adornment Session: $100 Host an Adornment Event: $250 Prepaid Adornment Stations: Parties: $400 Weddings: $500 Corporate Events: $500 Travel Fee: - Locations 10 miles or less from Eternal Adornment headquarters will not incur a travel fee. - After 10 miles, a $1/mile travel fee will be added for all Individual Adornment Session, Private Event and Adornment Station bookings. Children: We love adorning children! - Bracelets can be welded on children 10 years and older. - For children 10 & under, we offer custom-fit bracelets secured with a clasp.
